Phase 1 — You Submit Your Bills
What you do: Complete our short intake form. Upload or photograph your last 3 electricity bills or fuel records. Add basic information about your facility — type of business, approximate size, and location. That is all we need to begin.
Why 3 bills: Three months of data reveals patterns that a single bill cannot show. We look at your consumption trends, seasonal changes, peak usage periods, and month-on-month variations. These patterns tell us where the waste is hiding.

Phase 2 — We Analyse Everything
What we do: Your data enters our advanced energy audit engine, guided directly by our lead consultant — a UNDP Recognised Clean Energy Innovator with an MSc in Sustainable Energy. We analyse your consumption against industry benchmarks for your specific facility type and location. We calculate your actual cost per kilowatt hour. We identify the gap between what you should be paying and what you are actually paying. We rank every source of inefficiency by how much it is costing you per month.
What we look for:
- Tariff class accuracy — are you in the right billing category for your actual usage pattern?
- Load profile analysis — when is your peak consumption and is it unavoidable?
- Standby and idle consumption — what is running when your facility is not in full operation?
- Generator efficiency — what is your actual cost per unit of backup power?
- Benchmark comparison — how does your facility compare to similar businesses in your sector across Africa?

Phase 3 — You Receive Your Report
What you receive: A complete branded PDF report delivered directly to your email and WhatsApp. Written in plain business language — no engineering terminology, no confusing units. Every finding is expressed in dollars so you can make immediate business decisions.
Your report includes:
- Your monthly waste in kilowatt hours converted to dollars
- Your annual waste projection
- Your 3-year cumulative loss if nothing changes
- All identified inefficiencies ranked by monthly cost
- Specific recommendations for each inefficiency with estimated ROI on fixing it

Phase 4 — You Act and Save

Do you need to visit my facility?
Never. Everything is done remotely using your bill data. We serve businesses across Africa from Lesotho to Lagos to Nairobi without a single site visit.
What if I only have one or two bills?
Send what you have. We will work with whatever data is available and note where additional months would strengthen the analysis.
How do I pay?
Securely online via card through our Shopify store. You pay before submitting your bills and your intake form link is sent to you immediately after payment.
Is my bill data confidential?
Completely. Your data is used exclusively for your audit and is never shared with any third party.
What size business do you work with?
We work with businesses of all sizes — from single-location SMEs to multi-site operations. We also offer household audits for residential clients. If you have an electricity bill, we can analyse it.
